Looking for a clan to join, just want to actually do raids with set people and not with different ones every time and to do nightfall and weekly heroic with

If you want to play with other RT fans you can join Team Last Gents. We usually play together once or twice a week and always to the raid and weekly nightfall together. There are about 8 or 9 of us that come regularly even though there are about 75 in the clan.
