I have no one to do the VOG with.
For people like me you should make the VOG like a strike mission as in searching for players

No. Absolutely not. In fact even strikes should not have matchmaking. If I want to solo the strikes, I should be able to. If I don't, I can find my own fireteam. Randoms through matchmaking are almost always useless. Imagine if you brought that to the raid... People AFKing or quitting or just being generally worthless... They need to get rid of matchmaking altogether for PvE. The only place for RANKED matchmaking is PvP.

What's wrong with options? I don't know about you.. But I can't remember the last time I didn't complete a tiger strike with randoms.. They aren't hard.. What do you have against people at least trying out content they paid for? Who cares if they never beat it? Should at least try if they want

That's perfectly fine for a single player game. Those people should be all for no matchmaking. But I'm not here to help them and entertain them. They should be able to play, absolutely. But not at my expense. The problem with options is that increases server load unnecessarily. It also distracts devs from fixing real problems.

Why would you have matchmaking in a single player game? And I'm sorry.. But others playing increases server load for you? And you expect anyone to give 2 s**ts about that? You could still put your own group together and never use the matchmaking, like you do now..

That just means you want the option to solo or to matchmake, thats this games problem there arent many options to do anything the right way

Don't get me wrong I have buddies to do it with, but there should be a strike-like option as well and only require a personal fire team on hard or something similar.

Then why have them? PS4 is "for the players" right not just the hard core not much of a life guys. All the players who bought the game should be able to access this stuff. Destiny isn't an MMORPG so the sooner bungie realise that the better.

If you can't get a Fire Team together using methods that take 5 extra minutes then I don't want to Raid with you full stop. Stop asking for an easy pass into the end game.

5 mins is guaranteed is it? Didn't think so. Some people dont have 8 hours a day to play so spare a thought for us folks who have to go to work to earn a living and have a social life.

Dude i used to play WoW hardcore, i know how life sapping doing this shit is and dont want to repeat it. All i'm asking is for a better option for more casual players to just have a go at experiencing the full game. If you dont like it you dont have to reply.

I dont want to hard raid with some random lvl 28 that thinks he can take it. Thats why we dont need matchmaking. I use destinylfg.net and i always, always find a team within 15min. What lvl r u and what console. Im utterly bored so i might help you do your raid

1) Deej has not seen this post and it will soon be buried in the depths of the forums. 2) what makes it a raid is that you have to gather your own party to do it. It's not for randoms to just hop in to. 3) as I'm sure you have come to find out, randoms are retarded in the highest order. They join strikes and sit at the begining playing with their foreskin while you clear up to the last boss then run up to you for the end. They join pvp and state at walls, feeding the enemy team points. Randoms are the downfall of all matchmaking and provide a purely dogshit experiance for good players. Don't fool yourself. Other games have tried giving raids a matchmaking system and have caused Ireverseable damage to the game and it's dedicated core players.
