I recently reached touched level 20 and getting to 23 was easy by fully upgrading the rare items. But After 23.4 level, am stuck at it and haven't got any Legendary piece containing extra lights. All engrams/upgrade I got in bounties or either uncommon or rare and doesn't' contain any lights. No idea how all you cool guys are doing it, any tips?
