It's how the dumbass conservatives say it. If you say it and you're speaking to them you'll be hailed a hero and served bacon cooked by an assault rifle (link included).
If you say it to a progressive they'll laugh unless you are referring to that progressive as a 'Murican at which point he'll rage quit.
