I thought it was for sale like 4 weeks ago? Don't remember but I got mine from buying an exotic engram and wah lah there it was. After that I created my warlock as I had almost every piece for him minus the gauntlets. All before he was even conceived lol

Did the same thing. Bought the engram wanting a chest piece for my Hunter, got the Praxis instead so I just stuck it in the vault and made a Warlock. Easy peasy. Looks awesome too!
