I'm hoping that the level 30 gear for IB will be rank 5 so most people (unless you hit rank 3 in the first week it was out) won't reach rank 5 in one week considering how long it took for me just to get to 3 with all the people quitting and crap. But if this is the case I know people will bitch because the rep for IB is being reset after this next event and most will whine about how it's too hard to get to rank 5 in one week. Either way it should prevent level 27s or 28s from just jumping straight to 30 via IB.
