Going to have to disagree. Love my P&T just as much as if I'd WON it through LUCK with the RNG. Earned...rofl. I have only "earned" the items I bought from Xur or quested. My hard light, Hawkmoon, universal remote, and Mida Multi Tool I lucked out on through chest in the raid or nightfall...and I hope Xur sells all of them.
