Simple question, should we be able to vote on the random strike missions? Players get the choice of two strikes and vote on it. Majority wins.
Please, add your constructive views, positive and negative.
Edit: Deej what is your take? Not asking you to write any checks for the developers, just give us your take as a gamer. Would voting be cool?

Edited by Outward: 11/19/2014 7:53:24 PMAt the very least I thnk that if you go in the vanguard playlist with a full fire team, you should be able to pick which strike you want to do. And make it so you can't run the same one twice unless you have ran them all or something to that affect.
-
They could let us pick disliked strikes so we won't get put in those, with a limit so we can't just get one we like over and over. Could probably do with more strikes before adding something like this though.
-
They'd have to add more people to a Fireteam. 3 people isn't enough to constitute a voting system. That's just my opinion though, personally I would like to have a vote. No more 5 in a row Psion Flayers!
-
This sir, would be awesome!.. unless they give us the same 2 strikes to pick from 5 time a in a row, then it's not awesome lol... But yes, absolutely, a way to vote/pick strikes would be emensly appreciated.
-
Yes and beyond that, please make it rewarding to do strikes beyond the vanguard cap every week, Once I reach it I don't want to play until the wipe at the end of the week.
-
I think there should be a veto option. Like a reroll I feel if we had a vote we would end up playing the same raid over and over
-
I played the same strike 4 times in a row on the playlist. This needs to be randomized better.
-
I agree...aksor is my least favorite strike. If i had the option to do another I would
-
Yes let me vote.
-
I'm hoping that (with the DLC) they're going to release new (lvl 26-28) playlists.. Possibly with random modifiers that change each strike.. At least they will feel slightly different And of course voting would be nice.. No one likes to play the same one back to back
-
The end of duplicate strikes over and over again. Please and thankyou.
-
There has to be some variety but it's called random for a reason
-
-
Yep, good idea.
-
Totally on board. If not this, at least keep the previous strike from occurring right away. Should be random, but, do not allow two identical strikes in a row. So annoying when you do the exact same strike 3 or 4 times in a row. This same theory for PvP maps.
-
Everyone would just farm Devils Lair over and over and over since it's the easiest strike
-
Everyone will just vote for the easiest strikes. Needs to be two choices, pick from X strike or random.
-
I have been doing Pisons and Winter to many times the game is saying need more strikes man where running out of ides
-
Agreed, I hate doing the priest like 5 times in a row
-
It doesn't even cost them anything to implement it. Just take Halo: Reach's multiplayer selection mechanics and plop them in Destiny.
-
yes my gosh
-
I think that you should be able to select the missions you want to do prior to doing the play list but must have x number selected to avoid players perma playing the same strike (in case it's got an exploit in it). It can be annoying playing the same strike a lot.
-
I hate voting. Too many issues from Reach and players always voting the same map over and over again. I'd rather you just choose the strike and it pairs you up with those who chose the same. Randoms voting on random selections is another three months of complaining just waiting to happen.
-
What about, in crucible, giving the top whatever number of players from the previous game on each team a weighted vote? This way better players have more leverage in defining the battleground. Since they are on opposing teams they cancel each other out if they disagree. What about letting the other team choose the map but if your team wins each of you get some kind of bonus.
-
Yes. I did the valus strike 4 freaking times this weekend in a row! It would have been 5 but I finally backed out. Then I did the archon priest 2 times in a row and quit.
-
Sounds good. Though a good randomisation option that won't let me get the same strike twice in a row sounds good to me as well.
