These are some interesting theories. Maybe Bungie will reveal that some of these are true later in the supposedly 10 year storyline. The truth is that if Bungie doesn't add some kind of plot twist like this in the next Destiny games, the franchise is gonna go down as one of the worst video game stories of all time.
