I'm sure the speaker is an exo/robot, if you look at his neck (where hood starts I'm sure I see a metal face (like on exos) could he be colluding with robots?

If he is an exo then why can't that mask be his face? Exo eyes and mouthes are just there they don't move.

Pretty sure he's a predator with a device that translates their clicking into (for some reason) English. Or a Cylon. Or a new breed of both.. [spoiler]But the main question remains.. Why is our ghost not speaking Russian to us?[/spoiler]

Wouldn't surprise me and I wonder have bungie been subconsciously teaching us Russian for years via their other games and we can actually understand it but just don't KNOW we understand it!!!! But in all seriousness it does bug me a bit too!
