I just wanted to actually say thank you for all the hard work you've put into an awesome game. I've been riding herd on my PS4, trying to download today's 2.44G update for about 2 hours, and I decided to check over here for similar issues. It makes me sad to see how people are hurling abuse at you. They seem to believe that Bungie is a recalcitrant machine rather than a company staffed by people. I work long, hard hours engineering complex production computing environments, and so I fully appreciate the technical issues your teams face on a daily basis. I know that the people in the Bungie trenches are working hard, and that they and their loved ones are routinely making sacrifices in the service of providing me with entertainment. Thanks for you, Bungie people!
