i've seen it in orbit before, and in the tower in general...a green plus with the words "upgrade available" to the right of it. i remember my OCD making it annoying as shit and having to hover over the new upgrade to make the text go away
and i haven't played the game in 2 days so this isn't a troll (you can check my prof)

He's talking about when you turn in bounties and get an upgrade. It'll show up in the bounty menu instead of the inventory menu
