You can get to that one by going down into the large room where, during the story mission, your ghost comments about the Hive seeder ship.
From there you jump way up to the platform the dead ghost is on.

It's true. It's exceptionally harder if your a hunter class though

You mean to make the jump on to the platform to get the ghost? What jump do you recommend as a hunter? I'm thinking maybe triple jump would be good enough. If not, I got a warlock I can use to get the ghost instead.

Use the warlock, it's way easier to glide up there
