Erm, don't know if this is due to the recent patch or an older one but taking this article as my source http://www.primagames.com/games/destiny/tips/destiny-titan-class-guide-how-create-perfect-striker-or-defender the second fist of havoc perk has now changed, as has transfusion. Seriously, is the news only to me?

 • Second melee perk always activates now, it's no longer "a chance" and transfusion can be triggered by shoulder charge

 • I'm completely certain that Transfusion has always triggered on a successful Shoulder Charge. I've had a Skullfort since like week 2 and that has always happened for me. Are you saying that Overload means you ALWAYS instantly recharge your Stormfist on a kill with it? If so - that's huge! Wow! Must test asap.

 • Second perk not second circle, sorry. It's the AoE perk, it used to be chance but now it always activates. Looking at some of the oldest available information indicates that transfusion's text didn't indicate that it was triggered by shoulder charge, though I never tested it

 • Oh no, it never has indicated that Charge would trigger Transfusion, it's just always done it. Sadly, Charge doesn't trigger any other perks (unless that changed with this patch). The AoE damage and super gain won't trigger from Charging someone. I guess the thinking was that those would be kinda bork, while refreshing HP (when you're by definition blocking with your face to SC someone) made a little more sense. I just wanted to stack the Transfusion from Skullfort with enhanced super gain... using SC. It probably would have been broken, but oh, how awesome would it have been!
