It doesn't matter which system is better or worse, it matters that both system owners get treated fairly after they spend their hard earned money. Wouldn't surprise me if people grouped together for a lawsuit - maybe they should?

That's a very childish and narrow minded thing to say, but I guess you probably are a child. I don't think any such content should be exclusive. The only things that should be exclusive are entire games.
