It's under a building on the forgotten shore. There's 3 hive down there one called "celebrant of oryx" not a glitch area but somewhere the story doesn't take you.

It's one of the passage areas to one of the DLC areas. The passage after Oryx is just blocked with rubble. But anyway, I was able to get the Ghost in there, I thought it was functioning.

Just double checked it and indeed it was already functioning (at least on PS4) as I had that one.

Yep, I had it too, thats why I asked. Though, it's good to see Freehold Station ghost is fixed, since it was not working for me.
