It's one of the passage areas to one of the DLC areas. The passage after Oryx is just blocked with rubble.
But anyway, I was able to get the Ghost in there, I thought it was functioning.

Just double checked it and indeed it was already functioning (at least on PS4) as I had that one.

Yep, I had it too, thats why I asked. Though, it's good to see Freehold Station ghost is fixed, since it was not working for me.
