I would love this and if you've ever seen the post where it says that the fallen should do something like attack the tower and everyone there would have to defend it, you should talk to the guy who wrote it and team up with him and see what blossoms

Or even territories that you have to defend like turf wars where they are invading. You have to push them back every so often. (Kind of similar to infamous or saints row in that way)
