Probably a tie between in middle school a kid took a laxative and just painted the boys restroom. I mean literally there was apparently shit everywhere. It got on the damn ceiling somehow. And the second case was again in middle school a girl had her period in the pool. Didn't see it personally, but I just could never shake the feeling of knowing whenever we had to go swimming for PE.
