Breaking down a legendary machine gun gave me machine gun telemetry. Never had it's happen before, wondering if it's due to update

If you break down a fully upgraded (regardless whether you unlocked the upgrades or not) weapon, you will get a telemetry.

Yeah it's just, how often do you break apart machine guns? But it happened to me too.

Nope, not new. It's random when you break weapons down. Sometimes you get telemetry, sometimes not.
