I found a Exotic Titan helmet I haven't seen before. There's possibly new items ingame?

It is not new. I have it dropped on me in nightfall this week. It's a cool looking helm but Inmost Light is still the best striker helm.

Aight, yeah i'm a Hunter. I wouldn't know what kind of items Titan has currently.

No worries mate. :) Inmost Light buffs your super (fist of havoc). While insurmountable fort buffs your melee. And we all know how suicidal it is to be melee oriented in Nightfall and raids....
