With all this nerfing of weapons that primarily help PvE players, something hit me. The sad thing is, is that I experienced it many times and it frustrated me everytime. Why doesn't the AI have to reload out at least have a cool down from using their weapons. Anyone that plays on the harder difficulties or weekly events would attest to this. The harder the level of the characters, the faster and more persistently they shoot at you. I've died during a weekly event and had that little floating orb be shot at for almost a complete minute continuously by wizards and knights. Seriously, continuously with no breaks. My friends couldn't get near me to revive me. This is very poor game design. It's like that are just giving computer controlled enemies cheat codes and spam tactics. That's not making the harder, it's just cheating and frustrating. Sometimes when I play either the nightfall our weekly, majority of the time is spent staring at the textures on a wall or rock, because I have to wait for the unending volley of screen blinding enemy fire to stop. Come on Bungie, you're better than this, out at least I assumed. I've been playing Halo: TMCC and your AI work was far better back then, even in Halo: CE; where they'd reposition and try to flank you if you stayed in one spot to long. Not endlessly shoot at you until either you got tired of it and took you're chances at charging out or just waited it out.
