On the icebreaker fix, i have noticed they changed the animation so it looks like a bigger explosion, its still different from firefly/GG explosion. Also it still doesnt do any damage of any kind to anything. I have killed many enemies of all types trying to get even the smallest bit of splash damage and all the perks seems to do is make a cool graphical effect. I even used a few of the well known spawn traps to make sure enemies would be tightly grouped together and it makes no difference. Zero additional damage.
