I disagree the art was great but it's not an idea that will be put in this game

Why not?

Exotic bounties and X'ur are the only ways to make sure you get the exotic you want and I don't see that changing the devs have other stuff to work on especially with the Dlc coming soon. With all the guns, maps, strikes and of course raid the bulk of there time will be spent fixing and polishing everything.
