Baby #2 Is In The Oven
About a week ago I was surprised to wake up to my wife and daughter being home. As soon as I came downstairs my wife told me she went Christmas shopping for our daughter and wanted me to look at what she got. Didn't think anything of it as the wife always likes to show what she got no matter the occasion but I said no as I didn't want to risk my daughter seeing it. My wife insisted so I cautiously looked. In the bag were several items that were absolutely adorable so again I didn't think twice as to why she wanted me to look so badly. The last item was what appeared to be a rather plane shirt but I unfolded it and it read "Big Sister". In shock, the only words I could think of were "Wait, what?!". After repeating that about 4 times I finally spat out, "ARE YOU SERIOUS?!" My true shock wasn't from her being pregnant as we were actively trying, it was from it happening in the first month... Again! I thought we just got lucky with our first so much so that I thought it near impossible to happen again.

Way to go! We tried for a while with our first two, but when we decided to try for a third, we got the same surprise a month later...so much for all the "trying"!
