It's the cure, can hold 3 shells and has a chance on reload to grant a larger than normal magazine.

What rocket launcher is this?

Not sure, but my guess is that it rolled 3 tube rocket as a perk, and has field scout on the 2nd vertical tree.

I have a random rolled The Crash with Tripod and Field Scout. Selecting field scout breaks tripod, dropping it back down to 2 in the chamber. Which totally blows. That and 8 rockets is the absolute maximum, even wearing The Armamentarium and using field scout.
