I'm not much of a crucible player myself, but the iron banner is actually fun. I like that it's control (capture the objectives) because it gives you direction of where the action is. Matches are hit or miss with good teams. Sometimes you will get served, and other times you will be surprised with yourself. I think the best kill/death ratio I had was 1.0. I think if you come in with the same mentality as trying out vog for the first time (getting your feet wet, seeing how well your weapons handle it, learning to pull your own weight yet also relying on others) you might be able to enjoy it a bit. Last night me and 2 others from my DoD clan were playing in separate matches and a strike, but talking to each other on party chat. Even if I was in a bad match, I still enjoyed listening to someone else having a good match while another guy talks about shooting septiks prime with rockets.
