"Control power weapons to dominate the enemy team."
Looks good.
Perrrrfect ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Let me get this straight... you all hate COD because it stays the same, no innovation blah blah blah. But when halo changes and the devs get innovative you hate it because its different to the last one...
gaming nerds are harder to please than women
I didn't notice grenade indicators. I wish there was a way to turn off the medals.

Edited by MSNBC: 11/22/2014 1:50:48 AMReally I only have 3 problems with the game A) There are way too many beeping noises during gameplay B) Jeff sounds like a -blam!-ing clown now. Though I honestly prefer the way he's clearly going all out now (Perrrrfect) as opposed to being kind of reserved but still ridiculous like he sounded H4. Maybe I wouldn't care so much if it weren't for C) So many god damn medals. It's disgusting. But really this game looks great. I just really hope that the new spartan abilities are all in the campaign as well.

Overall looks really fun potentially on par with 3. Things that I don't really like in order from most hated to least: 1. Ground pound - really? 2. The power weapon call outs and just com chat in general - if you want a power weapon know when it was picked up or estimate a time and watch the clock yourself. This is just taking out part of the skill gap. 3. Sprinting - never really felt right in a Halo game. Just increase base movement speed instead 4. Wall climbing - it will take some getting used to could be good tho. Other than that the game looks really good. I have a question regarding the BR tho. Do the bursts have any spread (halo 3) or more like halo 2 hitscan

#gaming duh.

I love the crunchy, futuristic aesthetic and audio of H4, but there just seems to be too many onscreen doodads and unnecessary clicks and squeaks in this game. Still, looks like good fun. Unsurprisingly.

That high pitched bleeping sound is incredibly annoying.
-
I like it.

I hope to god that power weapon notification doesn't stay in. The whole purpose of communicating with your team is to find out where the bad dudes are at, and who has the power weapon. Also, nothing physically looks or sounds like Halo. If they changed the Spartans I wouldn't be able to tell it apart from another shooter.

Too shiny. Too fast. Too plastic. Too chatty. Intro and outro are gimmicky and ultimately worthless. I will never endorse ADS, whether or not it is ADS, in Halo ever. Spartan-IV's are still crap, and will likely remain crap.
-
I can't really see myself getting into this game. I'll probably end up buying it, but I may just watch the Campaign on YouTube so as to avoid monetarily supporting this new direction.
-
War games announcer talks too much. Essential information is all we need.
-
I've changed my mind on this game, look very cool.
-
Can't tell if that's a DMR or a BR. In any case, that scope looks like crap.
-
I'm interested to see how it all works in the end, I got my eye on the campaign.
-
Bump. Gaming is still getting drowned out by Vault of Ass threads...
-
It will be a good game, no doubt.
just not a Halo game
-
Looks fun, but I don't like those post-match animations.
