Iron Regalia Vest
So I'm a Hunter who was able to get to Rank 3 during the original installment of the Iron Banner. For all of my hard work and perseverance, I was able to buy myself the Iron Regalia Vest for my guardian. At the time it was great not only for its aesthetics but for its light level as well.
My problem now is that the vest has become purely aesthetic. With the update to the Iron Banner, why not an update to the pre-existing gear? I would love to be able to wear all of my Iron Banner gear with an exotic helmet to as a different route to reach light level 30.
Any other guardians out there feel like some of their hard work was thrown to the wayside?

1 ReplyI understand your plight. To me, allowing a secondary route to 30 is a de facto admission from Bungie that not everyone is able to get into the Raid. Reaching level 30 required you to complete at least some portion of the raid to get the gear. Now, they get you 2/3 of the way there without having to raid. Seems like they're realizing that without more robust social tools [u]in[/u] [u]game[/u], they have to help people along different routes that include matchmaking, i.e. The Iron Banner.

I'd love to be able to wear a full Iron Banner set and look like Lord Saladfingers.
