Grief advice
A player on ps4 ogskywakler, took the time to send my 9 year old a message over psn to "just stop playing, you are pathetic." He's 9! What can I do? I have already blocked the person from my son's account, but is there anything else I can do? I'm raging right now.

Not recommended necessarily for your kid but if you continue the conversation with the jerk long enough for him to threaten or start to 4 letter word you, you can report him and then get him kicked off of XBox period. I've received many messages over the years from Halo players who are extremely aggressive and abusive and I've got 99% kicked by goading them on.
