I think there's something better than Zen Movement, try getting Kills Increase Reload Speed or Precision Kills Significantly Increase Reload Speed.
Or..if you like things to explode, get Firefly. I love it. lol

The only perks that can appear in that slot with big effects in PvP are Zen Moment and Luck in the Chamber. The rest is junk like Mulligan, sadly. I figured with the big magazine size that Luck in the Chamber wouldn't activate enough to make a difference, unlike with Timur's Lash.
