I know in PvE if you kill an enemy with explosive damage rather than the original precision hit, it doesn't count as a precision kill. So beware of that. Judging by Timur's damage profile, there's a high chance if you net a 2HKO to the head it'll be the explosion that kills them, negating Outlaw.

Oh yeah, explosive rounds are just for fun and KABOOMS! In a regular PvE scenario I'd be running field scout for max ammo capacity. Almost every kill in a raid/strike on trash mobs are precision kills, so I can keep Crowd Control and Outlaw proc'd for a long time.
