The only perks that can appear in that slot with big effects in PvP are Zen Moment and Luck in the Chamber. The rest is junk like Mulligan, sadly. I figured with the big magazine size that Luck in the Chamber wouldn't activate enough to make a difference, unlike with Timur's Lash.
