Timur's Lash is not bad. It's middle-of-the road; some useful traits and not useful traits, like Mulligan. Third Eye is great. Field Scout isn't too useful compared to High Caliber Rounds or Fitted Stock since the magazine is already big. Take a Knee affects the bullet spread when crouching and hipfiring but I have no idea how it alters firing while aiming down sights... I didn't notice any difference on Sniper Rifles and haven't gotten it on anything else.
