Performance Bonus isn't really that useful in PvP. Lightweight isn't bad if you use a max Agility build as the higher your Agility, the more of an effect each additional point gives. Send It doesn't help much in PvP as the Range is already very high. Crowd Control, however, is very nice. I'd say take it into PvP and see how you feel about the recoil. If you're finding it hard to nail consecutive headshots, then reroll it until you get to Perfect Balance and either some sort of damage bonus (Reactive Reload/Crowd Control/Luck in the Chamber) or reload bonus (Outlaw/Spray a Pray).
