I got a Jolder's Hammer with Smooth Ballistics, Field Scout, Counterbalance, and Surplus with Arc Damage. It's base stability is sort of low, but high range and impact. Should I re-roll it?

That depends on whether or not Surplus does anything to Heavy ammo in PvP. If it doubles the ammo (it might, I think it does on Pocket Infinity since I get 14 rounds compared to 7 on Light/BEWARE) then that's a fine roll. In fact, I should probably add a Surplus option to the guide because it'd automatically be better than Crowd Control. If it doesn't then it's worth rerolling for Aggressive Ballistics + Perfect Balance. Sadly I don't think I'll have my Surplus Jolder's Hammer maxed out in time to test it before the end of the Banner. :/ If you have a 2nd one, I'd reroll that. Field Scout only increases the magazine size if you have Heavy Ammo+ as they don't stack and Counterbalance is kind of weak but if Surplus affects PvP it wouldn't be nice to lose that.
