What you are asking does sound pretty awesome, but I don't see it happening anytime soon to me you are asking for an ever expanding game but I don't think our consoles could handle it, the game would eventually take up all our hard drive space and could potentially cause a lot more server errors than what many of us have experienced. Don't take this post the wrong way im not here to discredit your post at all but I can't see bungie being able to pull off something of this magnitude.
