I spent like 20 motes reforging my Jolder's but then I got another one as a drop that's even better.
Accurized Ballistics, Field Scout, and Crowd Control. Other perk is Hip Fire which isn't ideal but I'll happily take it.

nice yeah not even worth trying to get perfect if you can get close to perfect best to keep it as long as you have skill you dont need the game to boost every stat to perfectness
