I have a Timurs with: Return to Sender, Perfect Balance (or Explosive Rounds depending on what I choose) & Mulligan. Is this a good set up? Also with the Return to Sender perk it says that kills with the weapon grant bonus ammo directly to the magazine, but it seems to only happen every so often. So is it random or is this just a glitch? I was really hoping it was every kill grants bonus ammo and not just luck of the draw. Ps I have this weapon equipped if you want to read for yourself and tell me what you think.
