What would you say of a Jolder's Hammer with Persistance, Perfect Balance and Feeding Frenzy?

It should be really accurate with a nice fast reload. Definitely a nice roll.

I also bought and reforged a Perun's Fire and got Hip Fire and Kneepads, tho I dont what should i go for, Accelerated Coils, Perfect Balance or Skip Rounds?

There's a cap on how fast you can charge Fusion Rifles and Perun's Fire already charges extremely quickly. This means Accelerated Coils has a much lower effect on it compared to other Fusion Rifles. I'd definitely go with Perfect Balance in most situations, myself, though Accelerated Coils is still a decent choice in extreme CQC, like, say, The Burning Shrine map.
