There's a cap on how fast you can charge Fusion Rifles and Perun's Fire already charges extremely quickly. This means Accelerated Coils has a much lower effect on it compared to other Fusion Rifles. I'd definitely go with Perfect Balance in most situations, myself, though Accelerated Coils is still a decent choice in extreme CQC, like, say, The Burning Shrine map.
