I am so bleeping pumped for this,I can just imagine how powerful Crota will be and the hive raid itself.
Yes yes....Crota is a knight but that is the lore/race/theme of the Hive it makes sense for the sword to be wielded by a Hive knight and it looks like Crota will show everyone how "the sword of Crota" true power. And I have a feeling Oryx will come to play and may even empower Crota even more.
And damn 6 guardians went in but one only survived cant wait to meet her in the tower when the DLC hits.
But what makes this DLC insane its just a prolog and Crota is the son of the true Hive god "Oryx" geez....the master himself of the Hive. I think hes going to be the biggest boss in Destiny....

Ummmmm. I've already beat Oryx. Wasn't the baddest boss in the game. You fight him for the last part of the Thorn bounty.

Dregden yor is the guy you beat for thorn bounty. He was a human hunter, owner of that hand cannon, that gave up mortality and gave in to the darkness to become the wizard you had to kill. Grimoire card read for the win

Well I just finished the thorn bounty, and saw no enemy named Oryx. Only Phogoth and that wizard you had to kill. The name escapes me, but it wasn't Oryx

I doubt he will be the biggest hardest boss, just like with any game, story, show, anime and even life. There is always someone bigger and badder. They wouldn't release the most powerful boss this early in the game. It would just make the rest of the game boring. What's going to happen is they will create some shoddy loosely connected story and we will have new gear, a raised level cap, and super Sayan 3 in a way. If I was to put it in Dbz terms, it will be just like wow and every other mmo that has ran out of things to do. They will create some new distractions and give us a new lvl goal to grind too. All that stuff is fine, if they could at least put at least a tad bit effort into the story, and reading short little grimore cards doesn't satisfy me. It's hard to feel immersed in a game that only tells you shoot this shoot that. It's dark your light, so kill it. I feel like the story was written by a child with a crayon and some guy came by and was like hey I can sell that. $$$$$$$$$ just saying lol

Yea Crota is a god himself, but "son of Oryx." Which mean Oryx must be an ancient God beyond powerful. Prob leader of the entire Hive throughout the universe.

The Darkness has yet to come. The Vex and Hive are mere shadows of the actual Darkness. The Cabal are running. The Fallen are now scavengers, having previously lived a noble life. The biggest boss will be that guy over there. See him? Extremely fat, with about 80 rings on and money stashed into every pocket? Thats the biggest boss.
