My scout rifle has mulligan, explosive rounds and firefly. I'm pretty happy with it.
Fusion rifle all I wanted was accelerated coils don't care about the other stats.
2 MG range finder on both, field scout on both, surplus on one for PvE crowd control on the other for PvP.
Pretty happy with all of them :)
