Well for me nothing seems to be OP in my hands. Generally I have very little skill so all the weapons are barely useful in my hands. Check my Crucible score for evidence. That was me trying as hard as I can and still not even breaking a 1.0 k/d. I used Plan-C, Suros, Light/ Beware, Last Word, A1..., and the only guns which were a little bit useful were Shadow Price, The Calming and Zombie Apocalypse. So as far as this under achieving player is concerned, legendary weapons are OP and Exotics all have a built in handicap.
