...you still don't get it after all this time?
You're supposed to only use Throwing Knives with Knife Juggler and Gambler's Dagger. You nail two headshots with them, get a kill and instantly get two more. Rinse, repeat.

The rinsing is a good idea. Is only sanitary to remove the blood after each kill. It's better for your knives too.
