The best heavy rolls (This goes for any legendary heavy) are:
Bullet type: Aggressive ballistics, Accurized ballistics, Smart drift control
Perk 1: Rodeo, Counterbalance
Perk 2: Field scout, Perfect balance, Hammer forged
Perk 3: Crowd control, Feeding frenzy, Reactive reload

I was a bit leery of the stability on such a slow firing gun so I rerolled until I got this on my Jolder's Hammer: Smart Drift Control, Counterbalance, Field Scout and Who's Next (final shot kill gives fast reload). Not sure how much effect the Counterbalance brings to it, but the slow ROF probably makes the gun easier to control anyway. I used it in the IB and have the Attack up to 277, so I am sticking with this build now. I find it feels a lot like a Zombie Apocalypse, with a slower ROF and higher damage. It rips things up in the IB now, next time it will be at 300 Attack goin in.

I got Rodeo and Crowd control, but my bullet type options are Accurized/Smooth/Field Choke. My Second Perk options are not great: High Caliber Rounds/Snapshot/Skip Rounds. I'm happy that it is Arc and Smooth ballistics isn't bad since it still seems like it has high recoil just with Rodeo, but is it worth a reroll for that second Perk? Does High Caliber Rounds have any significant impact in PvP?

That about sums it up. Though, if you use Smart Drift, then Range Finder can be helpful as well.

I suppose, I spent something like 80 motes on my jolders yesterday and thought Id give my 2 cents.

Yeah, always helpful. It's nice that there's something to use motes on now beyond Exotic engrams which usually turn into items for different classes/duplicates.
