I reforged my Timur's Lash to the point where I have: Steadyhand IS (for a little recoil control), Outlaw (the reload speed after a precision kill is amazing), Field Scout / Perfect Balance / Send It (will stick to Send It; I'll explain) Final Round (I prefer this to Luck In The Barrel as I know where the ultra-powerful round is) The reason I'd sooner stick to Send It is to keep the damage high at a distance; Perfect Balance isn't needed with Steadyhand IS because of the low rate-of-fire, and Field Scout is negated as I want to use Final Round more often, and reload is no problem with the Outlaw perk! So I'm happy with this set-up, and looking forward TO THE KILL...
