Rodeo/Soft Ballistics adds a lot of Stability (well, Rodeo changes the recoil pattern). The reason why I recommend Perfect Balance on the other build without Field Scout is only because it uses Aggressive Ballistics for the added damage, which lacks Stability. Yours is fine without it. You basically either have damage (more 3HKOs) or stability, in which case you can use Field Scout or Hammer Forged.
