I actually got really lucky and got Aggressive Ballistics/Rangefinder/Perfect Balance/Crowd Control on my 2nd roll of one of my Hammers. It was already pretty good with Aggressive Ballistics but I wanted Crowd Control and it payed off. I was pretty happy because I ended up rerolling several weapons for the rolls listed in the guide, as well as separate rolls for PvE and the saved motes from that luck let me get everything I wanted with some motes to spare.
