There is a bounty for rocket kills. I see nothing wrong with people using them. I prefer machine guns but ehh. Most importantly, unless anyone on this forum is offering to buy people's game/expansion packs &/or PSN/Xbox accounts, no one has the right to tell anyone who to play the game they bought with their own money.
